After embarking on a career as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, becoming a Certified Mindfulness Coach, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and acquiring nearly two decades of experience, I found that my passion lay in unraveling the intricate tapestry of human decisions, beliefs, and emotions. My desire to aid others in living authentic, intentional, and purposeful lives grew as I worked with thousands of clients one-on-one, in small groups, and through workshops and presentations.
But more than my certifications, it is the real-world application of these disciplines that has honed my expertise. Mindfulness is not about doing more or adding complexity to life; it is about simplifying, removing the unnecessary, and learning to engage with life authentically, purposefully, and with mindful awareness.
