DUI Evaluation - $275
An Idaho Misdemeanor Criminal Rule 9.4 DUI evaluation. This evaluation is pursuant to the Idaho code approved by the Idaho Supreme Court. This evaluation includes all the components set forth in Idaho Code Section 18-8005(11) and and meets all requirements for DUI evaluations for Idaho courts. During this evaluation we preform a bio-psycho-social substance use evaluation and additionally use the assessment tools approved under the Idaho code.
If you need your evaluation within three days of your scheduled evaluation, you will be charged for a Rush Evaluation at the cost of $375. If you need a sooner appointment than what appears available on the calendar, please contact us as soon as possible!

Bio-Psycho-Social Substance Use Evaluation - $275
This evaluation includes discussion about different life areas including substance use, substance use history, family, financial, legal, and social circumstances and possible needs. We use our professional experience and evidence based assessment tools to provide recommendations regarding a clients current level of use and needs.

ASAM Level .5 Early Intervention Program
ASAM Level 0.5 Early Intervention - These services are designed to explore and address problems or risk factors that are related to substance use (but may not represent a diagnose-able disorder) and to help the individual identify the harmful consequences related to substance use and connected thinking and beliefs.

ASAM Level 1 Adult Outpatient Program
At this Level of Care the client has experienced either more severe or frequent negative consequences related to substance use and/or need additional support in identifying harmful thought patterns, belief systems and behaviors. The development and implementation of beliefs, thoughts and behaviors related to a overall well-being are guided through groups and/or individual sessions.
